Hi, my name is Scarlet. I am part of the Kasilof Crew and I arrived at my new home in the summer of 2012 along with TyTy, Odale, Ragnar, Seabreeze and a couple others.
I am one of the oldest and also one of the smallest in the kennel. I have striking blue eyes and a dark black and brown coat.
I have been known to lead if my name is called in a pinch but I usually run next to a small dog in wither swing or team.
Even though I have been around a long time I still love to pull and I am ready to go any time the Mushers get out the harnesses.
I will probably be on the B Team this year and that means I will run on Tyler’s Knik 200 team and with Nicole on the Willow Junior 100. I ran that race last year and we had a blast!
